I met Juan in a meeting at work. We worked for the same brand in different departments. I felt something special from the first moment I met him. There was something inside me with a curiosity to get to know him. A month later we had our first date and the rest is history!
THE PROPOSAL
We were in Amsterdam for the Easter holidays. A getaway trip which he'd planned for months. I had no idea about what was to happen but he had organised a private dinner on a beautiful boat for the two of us. It was very romantic!! The most special thing I've ever seen in my entire life. I'll never forget it.
THE DAY
It was the most beautiful, sunny, spring day. We had our closest friends and family come to celebrate with us in a hidden estate in beautiful Mallorca. We had our ceremony in the courtyard of the property, under a teepee decorated with flowers. Our wedding reception was styled just as beautifully with an abundance of flowers and candles. There was so much love on the day, it was better than I could have ever imagined. I felt like the luckiest girl!
THE OUTFIT
I wanted a wedding dress with a difference. Something feminine and magical between a bride and a fairy combined. I found this look in Marco & Maria, a Spanish designer who creates the most amazing wedding dresses. I wore a rose quartz crown by Rosantica and sandals by Sam Edelman to go with my ceremonial look.
Although the first dress was very impressive, it was not the most comfortable to party in. I wanted a second look that I could dance and move comfortably in and I was thrilled to have found OUI The Label during my search.
I wore the Cook Jumpsuit and the Havana Skirt with a sexy split on the side. Super modern but elegant as I wanted to continue looking like "the bride". I wore gold platform espadrilles by Castañer and a handmade crown by Verbena Madrid to complete the look.
I could not have been happier with the final look!!!
